4-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed in 1849 as a 3-story townhouse. It was greatly modified in later years, with the stoop eliminated and a street-level entrance installed. The facade is clad in red brick and capped with a modillioned roof cornice. The residential entrance, added when the building was converted to apartments, is topped a small triangular pediment.
