5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1870. Designed by William H. Aldrich for himself, it has a rusticated stone ground floor with an arched doorway flanked by arched windows. Above this point it is four windows wide and clad in red brick; each window has a segmental-arched lintel crowned by an "eyebrow" cornice with shoulders. The handsome bracketed roof cornice has modi1lions set between the brackets.
