2-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1868 as a stable, with living quarters for the coachman on the second floor. Although altered in the late 1920s, features associated with the early phase of the Romanesque Revival style are still retained, such as the segmental-arched windows of the second story and the decorative row of brick corbels under the roof cornice.
