150-foot, 12-story Neo-Medievel office building completed in 1913. Designed by Gross & Kleinberger as an office building, it has a 2-story limestone base with a Tudor-arched 2nd-story show window in a cast-iron frame. Above the base, it is four bays wide and faced in terra-cotta, with ornamented piers and spandrels, culminating in a 12th-story segmental-arch and a roof parapet decorated with a central cartouche and Gothic-inspired ornament.
The western elevation is clad in brown brick with four bays of paired windows, and two ends bays of single-windows. There are two rooftop water towers, one of which is visible from the street.
