Room Makeover

1/4 completed

I'm now in the process of 'Room Makeover'... need to clean-up 2 rooms... lots to be done... there are things to be disposed... things to be given away... and syukur Alhamdulillah I've completed halfway of it (^^) looking for another chance to finish it up... a bit challenging though now that I have to concentrate on my baby and both Fathi and Hifdzi are still giving me attitude... huhuhu...

Hopefully all the cleaning-up job will be completed before Ramadhan, insya Allah... (^^)

Time For A Haircut!

I've been planning to give Fathi a haircut for weeks now. His hair has grown long. And only today I've got the chance to do so...

Some people prefer to bring their kids to a barber, but I prefer to cut my kids' hair myself. I've been doing it since my eldest was a baby up till now.

Cutting a boy's hair should be easy, but what makes it hard is that Fathi can't stay put. He keeps moving his head up and down, forth and back! Alhamdulillah it turns out well... otherwise I would have to shave his head... huhuhu...

*No pic taken coz I was too busy cutting Fathi's hair...

My Every Night Routine

Illustration only

For the past week, every night I get a 'special treatment' from both Fathi and Hifdzi - kicks on the face and tummy... seems like it's a new way to wake me up... huhuhu...

Hope they won't stick to this very special way for too long....

Just A Small Cut

For my art work

After I finished making cards for my moms, I started working on making cards for my kids' teachers, for Teacher's Day this coming 16th. Since I've ran out of paper cuts (coz Fathi played with it and ruined it), so I had to cut more.

And yesterday (May 10, 2012), after I drove Aisyah to her school, I started cutting papers. All of a sudden, I accidently cut my left hand finger! Ouch!!... I was being careful all the time... didn't know how it happened... it just did...

Cut myself while cutting the A4 paper for my art work

It was just a small cut, but the blood that came out of it was quite a lot. It kept on dripping on the table, so I had to lay some kitchen towels on it. I waited for it to stop dripping before washing my hand.

Quite a lot of blood for just a small cut

It took few minutes to stop dripping. Then I cleaned up my hand and the table. Then, I took a tablet of Iron Folic to cover my blood lost. Though it wasn't a lot, but I felt a bit dizzy.

After the cut has been cleaned
Moral of the story, be CAREFUL when handling a knife. If there are any disturbance and you lost your concentration, STOP holding the knife, put it down before you accidently cut yourself!

What A Day!

Monday, May 7, 2012 : as usual I drove Aisyah to her evening school. Fathi and Hifdzi were both watching the TV along with Amal and Anis. So, I didn't bother bringing them along. Plus, I needed to buy some things. I was actually glad that they didn't realize that I was going out... hehehe...

But when I got home....

"Ma... Hifdzi yak yak atas lantai!...." shouted Amal as soon as I opened the door... huhuhu.... one thing I forgot to do before going out - to pin Hifdzi's shirt to his pants! Alhamdulillah Amal quickly told Hifdzi to get into the toilet, closed the door and waited for me to get home.

He didn't just pooped on the floor, but he peed also. But still, I'm so grateful that he did all that on a floor instead of the bed... syukur Alhamdulillah...

So, I started cleaning before attending to Hifdzi coz if I bathed him first, he might step on it afterward. After I finished cleaning (almost threw up actually), I went to him. He was playing in the toilet.

Oh Hifdzi.... soo naughty! He really likes to take off his pants and diapers then pees on the floor... huhuhu... one of his ways of protesting! Just like Fathi when he was about to have a baby brother...

Just Another Day Of My Life...

Everyday is quite the same.... prepare the girls for school in the morning... then Fathi and Hifdzi conquer the house - all the toys, the PC and me... huhuhu... for the rest of the day, I'm their punching bag, landing pad and etc.

Noon, the girls come home from school. That's when all the noise begins to start.... girls! Have to serve them lunch, have to 'diapers-fight' with Hifdzi, have to prepare Aisyah for her evening school and have to prepare for unexpected event!

Yesterday, as usual, have to 'diapers-fight' with Hifdzi (it has become his habit to run away everytime I change his diapers, just like Fathi when he was at the same age). If I caught him, he would kick me on the tummy, over and over. Thought I've won the fight. So I went on with my other works. Then, Fathi's diapers was torn and the gel dropped out. Have to pick them up one by one... huhuhu.... then, after giving Fathi a bath, saw Hifdzi half naked, with only his shirt on. Oh no! Not again!....

And guess what! He already peed! But Alhamdulillah he peed on the floor, makes the cleaning job easier. And he just stood there, looking down at the floor... syukur... Then, as usual, another 'diapers-fight'... huhuhu... and for that 2 events, Aisyah went to school a bit late that evening... poor Aisyah....

Well, that didn't end the day... later that evening, after I picked up Aisyah from school, when I was giving them dinner, as usual, Anis and Amal would play with Fathi... they ran across the dining room, laughing and screaming... and this normally ends with Fathi throwing up his food. And it did!... huhuhu...

So, last night, I had to force them to go to bed early coz I felt sooo exhausted! hehehe... then I woke up in the middle of the night to wait for hubby and to finish up all my jobs. Just another day of my life....

Extra 20 Cents Just For Postcode!?

Got surprised, very surprised today when my hubby called and told me that I have to pay extra RM0.20 (stamp) for a piece of letter (makes it RM0.50 a piece) just because I wrote down the postcode at the lower right of the envelope. So ridiculous! And I need to post more than 350 pieces of letters, can you imagine how many extra money I have to pay!? Around RM70.00 (RM175.00 instead of just RM105.00)!!

When I was young, I used to do the same, and as I can remember, we used to have the kind of envelope which have boxes for postcode right at the bottom. Since when does this changed? Maybe I didn't notice, but still, extra 20 cents is too much for a simple mistake!!

I know that it's my own fault - writing down the postcode without prior checking. But I was only making it easier (in my opinion) for the delivery process - highlighting the postcode. Well, maybe it does sound stupid! But I was only trying to help.... :( but it costs me RM70 instead......

And you know what makes it worse? I have to either pay the extra money or to dispose the envelope and use a new one because I can't just simply erase the postcode. And even if I do manage to erase all the postcodes, I would still need to pay the extra 20 cents!! Can you believe that!!?

But what's even worse, eventhough I pay the extra 20 cents, the process is still the same, very slow! Typical! Poor hubby, he skipped his lunch and late for work just to help me.... hope nothing else happens next, who knows, more ridiculous procedures.

Thanks to my hubby.... :)

~ After I googled, I finally found out that Pos Malaysia started to have all these standards in Jan 2006. No wonder I didn't know. That time, most people use e-mail instead of post mail. I bet people at my age who used to do the same as I did would still be doing so.... But I couldn't find anything about penalty or the extra charge in the web. Well, maybe I overlooked.

The standard envelope

Alahai Anis.......

(sekadar gambar hiasan)

As usual, time dekat-dekat nak maghrib ni rush hour. Macam-macam la gelagat and request dari empat orang ni...

Mula-mula tu tak clear sangat apa yang dia cakap coz bunyi air, tapi bila dengar betul-betul.... masya Allah... nak luruh rasanya jantung ni, terkejut manusia (biasa-biasa orang cakap terkejut beruk, tapi tak nak ah mengaku beruk... hehe)....

Nak tau apa yang Aisyah cakap? jeng jeng jeng....

"Maaaaa....... Anis bukak pampers.... Anis yak yak (berak) !!!!!!!!"

Masya Allah!! Anis... Anis... bila dah dengar camtu, terbantut hajat nak amik wudu', terus cancel and terus keluar toilet. Bila Anis nampak saya, dia terus hulurkan pampers kat saya. Aduss.... lemah semangat.... tapi Alhamdulillah la tahi keras, bukan cair. At least boleh gak kutip balik... huhu

Lepas serahkan pampers kat saya, Anis terus menghilangkan diri ke toilet. Alhamdulillah saya masih boleh bersabar, takder rasa nak marah... lagipun takleh nak marahkan dia coz bukannya dia buat kesalahan dan memang tak patut dimarahi pun... tapinyer, bertambah satu lagi kerja, nak kena lap! aduhai anak mama... huhu

Memang Anis dah biasa bukak pampers sendiri kalau dia rasa tak selesa, nak salin pampers, ataupun mogok gara-gara merajuk. Selalunya kalau dia berak, dia bagitau saya atau papa dia, dia takkan bukak pampers kalau dia dah berak. Ni mesti gara-gara nak tunjuk perasaan ni! Maklumlah, nak dapat adik baru... huhu... sabar jer lah....

Dah settle apa yang patut, settle Anis lak. Dia tengah syok main air kat dalam toilet, siap basuh yak yak sendiri lagi! Adoi laa..... penat... penat...

Cukur - Fathi

Kenangan Cukur Rambut Anak-anak

Dulu, masa cukur Aisyah tak yah lari dari saper-saper coz memang takder saper pun…hehhee…Cuma masa cukur Aisyah dulu, umur dia dah dekat nak setahun. Masa dia baby, takat gunting jer, tak berani punya pasal. Bila dia dah besar sikit baru berani cukur. Kesian pulak kat dia bila teringat balik… lepas cukur jer, terus mood dia jadi kurang baik, asyik sedih memanjang…maybe sebab dia dah besar, tetiba jer takder rambut, rasa dogol jer…

Time Amal pulak, sempat cukur dua kali.

Anis sempat cukur 4 kali jer. Plan nak cukur 7 kali, tapi lepas kali ke-4 tu, rambut dia lambat tumbuh. Takut jugak…nanti kang tak tumbuh-tumbuh, kesian pulak kat dia.

Time Fathi, dah citer dah kat atas…baru sempat sekali. Lepas ni tak tahu ada peluang lagi ke takder… tulah pengalaman cukur rambut anak-anak…

Fathi (sebelum cukur)

WIP (Work In Progress)
Dah sudah cukur... lepas pekena susu sebotol...upah...

Wassalam…
