Himasora Akane is an ordinary otaku who loves manga, anime, and games. Known as "Cognitive Profiling Detective Akane Himasora," he has been active on Twitter (X) and YouTube, and now he is running for governor. Himasora Akane saw something behind these flaming incidents. He started investigating the key figure behind the Onsen Musume controversy, a representative of a general incorporated association in Tokyo. This association's core business, the Young Female Victims Support Project, received substantial public funds from Tokyo. Akane submitted public document disclosure requests to Tokyo and thoroughly dug into the organization. During his investigation, Akane uncovered many suspicions suggesting this project was unworthy of public funding, which he exposed one by one on social media.
Negligent accounting reports, taking protected girls to the Henoko base protest in Okinawa, Communist Party members waiting in the bus used to protect girls—these revelations drew significant attention online. The investigation extended beyond this general incorporated association to other NPOs receiving public funds, and Akane named this cluster of issues the "WBPC problem" after the initials of these organizations.

GWにオッサンひとりなら東京ディズニーシー(シー)が良い？ってついに知り合いに聞かれて明らかに自分が原因なので、以下に解説するよ。
なおここでは、お酒を飲める年齢で、自由にできるお金がそれなりにあり、土日祝日を自分一人のために使える人を仮にオッサンと呼ぶよ。
今の東京ディズニーリゾートは、一度長期の休園を経たうえで、絶妙なバランスでご新規も家族連れも熱狂的なファンも楽しめるライブ会場みたいになってるので、
「でも、小さい箱で直接握手できたあの頃とは違うよね」とか「国内で5万も払うなら、アメリカツアーで楽しんだ方が安いまである」とか「ホテルのコンシェルジュに頼めばどのチケットも手配してくれるでしょ」
みたいな人にはマジで向いてないです。黙ってアナハイムに行ってXで見せびらかすんだ。
YES. 東京ディズニーリゾートは、基本的に"あえて"ディズニーリゾートに行く人が対象なので、〇〇が何であっても基本的にはそちらに行った方が良いです。
なので、「ディズニー行ったことないけど、一度くらいは行ってみようかなー」ぐらいがギリ対象範囲です。
まずぼんやり行こうかなと思うオッサンが熱狂的なディズニーファンである可能性が薄そうだから。
そうすると、東京ディズニーランド(ランド)は、ちょっと古い（懐古的な）ところがあり、ノリについていくのがキツイ可能性がある。
また、ランドとシーとを比較すると、ランドの方が概ね混んでいて、並んだりするのに慣れていない人には、ちょっと厳しい可能性が高い。
テーマパークという、あるテーマに沿ったエリア（ディズニーだとテーマエリアと呼ばれたりする）を楽しむのに不慣れな人は、シーからがおススメ。
ここからは、ぜひやろう３選、やった方が良い３選、やらない方が良い３選、参考お楽しみコース３選と紹介していくよ。
ひとりでディズニーなんてと思うことは全くない。なぜならばひとりでディズニーの人はわりといて、いろんな楽しみ方をしている人もたくさんいるから。
特にキャラクターが散歩しているときに、お、せっかくだし写真でも撮ろうかなと思ったらぜひ近寄ろう。余裕があればキャスト(パークで働いている人)に、写真お手伝いしましょうか？と声をかけてもらえたりする。
ちょっとスマホ渡すの抵抗あるなーという場合は、インカメラで自分とキャラクターが映る感じにしておくと、なんかいい感じでカメラに入ってきてくれるぞ。
遠巻きにせずにあえてやってみる、という経験をしてみるのも、ひとりでディズニーに行くときの醍醐味のひとつだ。
おおむね俗世間の1.5倍くらいのコストは支払う必要がある。例えばペットボトルでお茶を買うと250円くらいすると思っておくと間違いない。
だから、ちょっとしたカクテルと軽食で2,000円超えとかも、まあまあある。そこは使って行こう。
また、初心者のうちほど「あ、このグッズはちょっと良いな」と思ったその時に買っておこう。
帽子を買ってかぶってみるとか、カバンにつけるグッズを買ってつけてみるとか。
良い思い出になるのと、グッズは色々なところで売ってるけど実は販売店舗が限定されているものもあり、見つけたら即購入がおススメ。
ただちょっと考えてみるとわかるんだけど、実は飯時のレストランとかも結構20～30分待ったりするんだよね。
なので、40分くらいまでは並んでみることをおススメする。慣れていないと100分超えはキツイのでおススメしない。
別に無理にとは言わないけど、やった方が良いことを解説するよ。
最近は繁忙期閑散期というほどの差が様々な要因で無くなってきていることもあり、ゴールデンウイーク(GW)だから一概に激混みになるかっていうと微妙ではあるけど、避けた方が無難。
せっかくなら普通の土日に行こう。新幹線を使ったりするならなおのことGWは避けよう。
じゃあ、GWはなにしたらええんやっていうと、ディズニー公式動画配信サービス「Disney+」（ディズニープラス）に入ってディズニー映画を観るのがおススメ。
例えば、シーでショーを観るときに、アナと雪の女王, 塔の上のラプンツェル, モアナと伝説の海, リメンバー・ミーあたりを観ておくとより楽しめる。
さらに言えば、リトル・マーメイド, アラジン, ピーターパン, ピノキオくらいまでぼんやり知っておくと楽しい。
欲を言えば、ダックテイルズを観て、スクルージ・マクダックについて知っておくと特にシーでは思わぬところで名前を目にするので楽しい。
また、アトラクションにも乗ってみても良いかなーと思うのであれば、ファインディング・ニモ, インディジョーンズシリーズあたりも観ても良いと思う。
（なお、先にアトラクションに乗っておいた方が楽しめるタイプの映画もあり、ジャングルクルーズやセンター・オブ・ジ・アースなんかは、映画が後の方が良かったりする）
月990円だけど、しっかり楽しむために事前に千円くらい払ってみるかーという気持ちで加入するのはわりと良いぞ。
特殊なチケットを買わない限り、シーもランドも購入日から1年以内なら入園日を変更できる。
そのため、雨や風が強いなどの日は、勇気をもって延期しよう。
延期が出来ることもあり雨の方が全体的に人は少ないが、初心者には特に厳しいことになりがち。
そのため、雨の予報なら、イチかバチかに賭けず、おとなしく次の週に延期するのがおススメ。
ふらっと言ってももちろん楽しめるけど、多少の下調べはしてみよう。
例えば、行く予定の日はどのアトラクションは休止で、花火は何時からだろう、とか。
どんな料理がどのレストランでは提供されてて、アルコールはどんな種類があるんだろう、とか。
このアトラクションは乗ってみたいな、とか。1500円くらいなら並ばないために払っても良いな、とか。
Duffy and Friendsだったらどの子がいちばん可愛いと思うだろう、とか。
事前準備というよりは、想像を含まらせるために下調べをしていく過程を楽しめると、より楽しく当日を迎えられる。
特に初心者向けなので、これはやらない方が良いなーというものだけ。
東京ディズニーリゾート・バケーションパッケージという公式の宿泊付きツアーはひとりディズニーではおススメしない。

そのため、思ってたんと違うとなった時のショックが大きくなります。まずは普通に行ってみよう。
ディズニーホテルと呼ばれる、様々なホテル群についてはひとりディズニーではおススメしない。
わりとお高いので。
また、ある程度詳しくなってからの方がいろいろと出来るようになるので、特に宿泊日程が限られてしまうホテルの予約は止めよう。
そうは言うてもホテル泊まらないと行けないよ！という人は、まずはシーへの送迎バスがある、東京ディズニーリゾート提携のホテルから予約してみることをおススメする。
これは微妙ではあるんだけど、ひとりディズニーで初心者のうちは、黙って楽しんでおくのが無難。
考えることが多くなってしまって楽しめなくなることが多いので、最初は自分のためのお土産以外は買わないのがおススメ。
ひとりディズニーなら自分だけで好きに楽しむのが良いんだけど、そうは言っても良くわからんしなーという人向けの参考コースね。
まず、シーに入ったら、写真を撮りながら左回りで一周してみよう。
アプリで地図を観ながら、ふらふらっと左側からぐるーっと各エリアを一周してみよう。
そのときに、お店やおいしそうな食べ物があったら、とりあえず入って食事をしても良い。
気になるアトラクションがそんなに並んでないなと思ったら並んで乗ってしまっても良い。
なんか疲れたと思ったら座るところや食べられるお店をアプリで探してちょっと並んで食事休憩しよう。
そうこうしていると、ショーの時間だったり、運が良ければキャラクターに出会えたりして、ちょっと楽しむことが出来る。
午前中、夕方、夜と各エリアはその表情を変えるので、蒸気船（ディズニーシー・トランジットスチーマーライン）や電車（ディズニーシー・エレクトリックレールウェイ）に乗ってみるのもおススメ。
うろうろぐるぐるしながら写真を撮って回っているだけでも、意外な通路があったり看板があったりして、結構楽しめる。
ひとり自由にうろうろして、自分のタイミングで休憩して、楽しめるというのが、ひとりディズニーの醍醐味だ。
なお、夕方になってどうしようかな？と思った場合は、アメリカンウォーターフロントエリアが飲食店が集中していて、雰囲気も良く、ショーや花火を楽しむにも近くて便利なのでおススメできる。
ソアリン：ファンタスティック・フライト, トイ・ストーリー・マニア！, タワー・オブ・テラー, センター・オブ・ジ・アースの4つについては、お金を払うとスムーズに乗れるので、１～２つは払っちゃうのをおススメする。
その他のアトラクションで、時間指定はできないけれども優先搭乗券（プライオリティパス）が発行されているものについては、その近くで食事をしていて、食事後にちょうど乗れるなーくらいの時に発行するのが良い。
特に、午前中に使う時には自分で時間指定できない優先搭乗券は結構調整が難しいので、アトラクションに乗ってみるぞ！と思う人は、まず上記4つの中から選んで乗るのが良い。
そのうえで、狙ったアトラクションまでの道のりを楽しみながら、自分の好きなタイミングで並んでしまうのが結局一番効率が良かったりする。
（海底2万マイルのように、昼間は混むけど閉園近くはガラガラというアトラクションもあるにはあるけど、あんまり気にしすぎないのが楽しむコツ）
ガッツリ楽しむ場合は、午前中のうちに入り口から最も遠いアトラクションであるレイジングスピリッツかインディ・ジョーンズ・アドベンチャー： クリスタルスカルの魔宮のどちらかの優先搭乗券(40周年のプライオリティパス)を取得してしまい、
取らなかった方の乗り物に並びながら、お金を払えば乗れる乗り物に課金（ディズニー・プレミアアクセス）でお昼ご飯後ぐらいの時間帯のチケットを買ってしまい、そのアトラクション近くのレストランのメニューを見ながら並んで乗ってしまおう。
こうすると、2つは午前中におそらく乗れ、ご飯を食べた後に悠々とさらにもう一つ乗ることが出来る。（特に、ソアリンとトイストーリーマニアは午前中には売り切れてしまうことが多いので、さっさと買ってしまうのが良い）
正直、アトラクションに並んでいるときにいろいろな小物類を眺めてそのアトラクションの背景に思いを馳せるのも楽しいので、40分前後なら並んでしまうのも全然楽しかったりする。
キャラクターグリーティングに並ぼう。実はシーの開園時間よりも遅く、閉園時間よりも早く終わってしまうので、行きたいときが並び時だ。
この時、写真はキャストにお願いすると撮影してもらえるので、遠慮なくお願いしてしまおう。（静止画のみ。動画は自分で撮る必要がある）
空いているときに何週もして何度も撮影する人も結構な数いるので、なんか思ったよりも良かったなと思ったら、二週目に並ぶのも全然ありだったりする。
なお、キャラクターグリーティングは、シェリーメイを除くと全員がロストリバーデルタというエリアに集結しているので、撮影をハシゴするのも楽しい。
同じエリア内の、インディ・ジョーンズ・アドベンチャー付近にあるお店、エクスペディション・フォトアーカイヴから園内で写真プリント発注が出来るので、
撮ってもらった写真をすぐさま発注し、帰りにシーの出口付近のお店フォトグラフィカで受け取る、というのは良い記念になっておススメ。
なお、シーの園内でキャラクターがお散歩しているのに出会えることもあるが、これと言ってココなら会える！という場所は無いので、フラフラしていて会えたらラッキーぐらいに思おう。
GWは家でディズニープラスで映画を観よう。4Kテレビが家にある人はちょっとお高いコースも良いぞ。
あと、シーの新エリア「ファンタジースプリングス」が2024年6月6日（木）にグランドオープンするので、それまでに行くのがおススメ。
（ちょっと新エリア後のシーの混み具合が予想できなさすぎるので、6月6日までに行っちゃうのおススメ）
なので、GW明けの5月11,12, 18, 19あたり(そのあとは新エリアグランドオープン前のプレビュー期間がある)、もしくはファンタジースプリングスの様子がXとかである程度落ち着いてきたのがわかる7月以降がおススメかな。
