Project Manager - Shanghai - MEP Services - Building Design.

My first posting to China was for Amec Construction, working primarily for DOW Chemical on the design of their new R&D facility.

My second visit was to join SKM S2F at their design office in Shanghai, totalling some 2.5 years.

As Project Manager, I controlled the MEP design for a laboratory building for Novartis and was involved in numerous BD activities and bid presentations.

In addition to these activities I was appointed as Design Lead for the Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing team encompassing some 20+ chinese engineers, and developed a project called 'synergy', a system for standardising design techniques and deliverables.
