LNG Tank Re-Validation - Column Supported Roof - 50,000 CuM

A rare opportunity to see the inside of a Tank that was designed some 40 years ago.


In order to continue in operation for another 25 years, the re-validation work uses 3D scanning technology to determine the shape of the Tank. Weld and material inspection / surveys are completed.


The outer annular space has all its insulation materials removed and replaced, with many other hydro and leak tests preformed to ensure compliance with the latest codes.
