Production Facility - EPC - Car Industry - UK, Japan, Spain and USA

As Project Manager, my first objective involved learning the manufacturing process. Extensive visits to the above countries provided an in depth knowledge of the material, the process, the manufacturing equipment, the products and the development process.

Equipment specification, procurement, factory layout, design and installation were all quickly overwhelmed by production trials, manpower selection, quality and production rates.

A £6 million project, money well spent and huge experience to boot.
