Construction Manager - Abu Dhabi - 400+ site design and installation personnel.

I joined ETA as a Project Manager but was immediately approached to act as CM on a prestigious project for the AD Royal family.

A four tower block project, one hotel and 3 apartment buildings on a beach side location, directly opposite the Emirates Palace.

The main contractor was Nurol with ETA providing the complete MEP design. From 11KV to city water and sewer connections, to HVAC, plumbing, electrics, BMS and Security.

With a 400+ workforce, the applicqation and control of safety, the integration and co-ordination of sub-contractors, procurement, storage and sequence of install, including denied access and manpower allocation, these issues were all part of the working day.

An excellent project, a diverse cultural challenge and a superb insight into the design and installation challenges unique to multi story buildings.
