To subscribers.
We have encountered the usual difficulties of starting a new paper in reviving the Dispatch.--The arrangement of routes for carriers, the finding out the residences of subscribers, and, above all, the securing of faithful carriers to deliver the paper to them, involve a great deal of difficulty and trouble. It takes a little time and a great deal of patience and perseverance to smooth over these troubles and systematize the distribution of the paper. We are rapidly doing all this. Clerks are industriously arranging the growing lists, and we are putting carriers on the routes, who will soon become acquainted with them, and, we trust, faithfully deliver the paper. Subscribers, when neglected, will please make the fact known at the office.
