Police arrests.

--The following parties were arrested yesterday and committed to the lower station-house:

Mary and Harriet, slaves to James M. Talbott, and Richard, slave to Mary Raymond, charged with felony; John O. Herring, white, charged with stealing a silver watch, the property of W. G. Blanton, and Ellick, slave to P. Pennybacker, charged with stealing unfinished shoe work and calfskins, the property of J. F. Lowry & Co.
