For Sale.

--We have for sale, privately, Two Likely Women and their Children, all of good stock. The women are said to be good washers and ironers and pretty good cooks. They are sold for no fault; indeed, would not be sold if the owners had room for them. The children are likely; and to sell them in or near the city, to good homes, we will not ask "market prices."

Our regular hiring commences on the 2d of January. All indebted to us for hires of present year (1864) will please come forward as early as practicable and settle. We cannot go after them.
