A Fatal occurrence.

--Mr. John R. Semmes, of Washington county, Mississippi, was killed on the 13th ultimo by a soldier. The difficulty grew out of a political discussion. Mr. Semmes was a brother of the lamented General Paul J. Semmes, who fell at Gettysburg.
