Arrivals at the Libby.

--Fourteen hundred and seventy-four Yankees, captured from Grant's army by our forces near Petersburg, reached this city yesterday and were recorded on the books at the Libby prison. Besides this number, there were thirty-odd received who were captured at Deep Bottom. With the exception of the officers, all these prisoners have been taken to Belle Isle, where they will be kept till such time as some other disposition can be made of them. There are now in the neighborhood of five thousand Yankee prisoners in this city and its environs, of which number about one hundred and fifty are officers.
