C. S. District Court.
--No business was transacted yesterday. Judge Halyburton failed to deliver his decision upon the application of R. D'Orsey Ogden, claiming exemption from the Confederate service on the ground of his being a British subject and never having become a domiciled resident. Next Monday has been set aside as the day for deciding the matter.The case of W. W. Weisiger vs E. C. Elmore, C. S. Treasurer, on a rule against the defendant, to show cause why a mandamus should not be issued against him, was also postponed till Monday.
The Court will not convene till the 25th inst.
