--Ranaway from the Midlothian Coal Mines, a negro man named Joe, or Jos Hampton. He is about 25 years old, of dark brown color, spare made about 5 feet 10 inches high, with rather large eyes, and somewhat wild expression of countenance, though generally smiling when spoken to. He was bought in January last of Mr. C C Burton, near Petersburg, where his friends and connexions are, and he is probably in the neighborhood of that place. The above reward will be paid for his apprehension and delivery in any jail, or to the agent of the Company, at their mines, or in Richmond.my 12--ts
