Supposed to have Run Away — John, the property of R. A. A. Watson, of Nottoway county, hired to work on the Richmond & Danville Railroad.
He had a pass to go to his master's on the 19th inst., since which time he has not been heard from.
He is a dark mulatto, about five feet ten inches high, and is of slender build, very sprightly, and about 15 years old. He is supposed to be either at Petersburg or Lynchburg.
He has been a train hand on the South-Side Railroad.
The usual reward will be paid for his apprehension.
