Launch of another iron clad.

--The iron clad gunboat Ashley was successfully launched from the yard at Hoyce's wharf, Charleston, Thursday morning. The Courtier; alluding to the affair, says:

‘ Notwithstanding the inclemency of the weather, quite a large number of spectators were present to witness the launching, and had the pleasure of seeing another "rebel ram" glide off gracefully into the water. The Ashley has been built, finished and launched under a heavy flee, the enemy having been informed of the location of the boat by deserters. Great credit is due Mr. Jones, who has persevered and personally superintended the work during the whole bombardment.
