The Forde case.

--Bill of Exceptions Filed.--The counsel for Robert S. Forde, whose trial was concluded before Judge Lyons Monday by a verdict of guilty from the jury, assessing his punishment at eighteen years in the penitentiary, having filed a bill of exceptions, will argue the points of their objection this morning. It is thought that if a new trial will not be granted Forde, the case will be carried to the Court of Appeals.
