The large Request to Mr.

--Various paragraphs have appeared on this subject. The Illustrated News gives an extract of the will of Mrs. Willyams, of Tormohun, widow of Lieut. Col. J. Brydges Willyams. The personality is sworn under £40,000. The will bears date November 18, 1857. The testatrix, after leaving to the amount of about six thousand pounds, has bequeathed the remainder of her property to Mr. Hisraell, expressed in these words: "In testimony of my affection and of my approbation and admiration of his efforts to vindicate the race of Israel; with my views he is acquainted, and will, no doubt, endeavor to accomplish them;" and further, has expressed her wish that he should obtain permission of Her Majesty to use the surname and arms of the family of Lara and Mendez de Costa, in addition to or precedent to that of Disraeli.
