--The examination of Mrs. Caroline Allen, on the charge of disloyal correspondence with persons in the lines of the enemy, which was to have taken place yesterday before Commissioner Watson, has been postponed on account of the severe indisposition of an important witness. It is probable the trial will be resumed on Monday week, the 23th last.
