Relieved of their commands.
--The Atlanta (Ga.) Appeal, of Friday last, says:‘ By command of Gen. Bragg, Lieut.-Gen. Polk arrived in this city yesterday evening, whither he has been required to repair and await further orders. This procedure, as we have been informed, is based upon some disagreement between the two Generals as to the conduct of the latter on the battle-field of Chickamauga. Gen. Polk, we learn, feels confident that he will be enabled, before the proper tribunal, in the most unqualified manner, to acquit himself of all blame in the premises. Gen. Hindman is also in the city under a similar state of circumstances.
