Violating Market Ordinances.

--Edward Tyler was examined yesterday by the Mayor on the charge of purchasing one lot of poacher, eggs, and chickens, at the basin, on Friday last, and offering the same for sale in the Second Market. The offence being proven against him, he was fined $5 and the articles were confiscated.

Mann Notts was fined $10 for buying a load of watermelons and offering them for sale in the First Market.
