Grand Larceny.

--John Conway, arrested some ten days since on charge of stealing a gold watch, valued at $100, from Capt Warren, was examined before a Court of Justices, and after a patient hearing remanded, to be tried before Judge Lyons for felony. Capt. Warren's dwelling was entered in the night time by forcing a basement window, and the watch taken from a table in his chamber. In a few days thereafter officer Kelly got on the track of the accused, traced him to a lodging home on 17th at, found him in bed, and, after making him, get up and dress, discovered the watch in his pocket.
