--Yesterday morning, a lad at play on the Capitol Square, fired a spiked arrow, which passed through the bonnet of a lady, in close proximity to her eyes. The little fellow was very much alarmed at the mishap, and breaking up his bow, promised faithfully never to use one again. The police have been ordered to take possession of all such play things found in the streets, and to take the boys to the Mayor.
