No gunboats in the Rappahannock.
The Fredericksburg Herald learns from a gentleman who returned to that place a few days since from the lower country, that the Rappahannock river is entirely clear of gunboats, and that none have been seen in the vicinity for two weeks. The withdrawal of the blockade to such an extent is attributed to the fact that crews of these gunboats have been up and down even the small creeks that empty into the river, and made nearly, if not entirely, a clean sweep of the sailing craft.
