--Henry Nimmo and John Becks, of Company H, 1st Virginia battalion of artillery, charged with desertion, were sent yesterday from Castle Thunder to Petersburg, in charge of detective New, for trial by Court-Martial. S. C. Williams was sent to the Castle from Gordonsville, by Major Boyle, to be tried by Court-Martial. Sixteen men, under sentence of Court-Martial, were sent under guard to Major Critcher, at Fredericksburg, for punishment according to the finding of the Court. The civil police made no arrests yesterday.
