--Ran away from Richmond, James McCLURE, a free negro but bought by me for jail fees. He is about 5 feet 10 inches high, and is a bright mulatto. He is probably with or near our army on the Potomac. The above reward will be paid if delivered at Lumpkin's jail in this city. Wm. A. Allen.
