The Forrest divorce case again

--The Forrest divorce case was taken up in the Court of Appeals at Albany, New York, on Saturday, on the argument for a new trial. John Van Buren and James T. Brady appear as counsel for Mr. Forrest, and Charles O'Connor for Mrs. Forrest.
