--A letter from Roma, published by the Wanderer, of Vienna, contains the following statement:

‘ The Pope's health is not very satisfactory. His own position and that of Italy weighs on his mind. His Holiness lately remarked to an ecclesiastical dignitary: ‘"The hand of Providence has already written for me the Mone, Mone, Tekel, Upharsin.--My days are numbered; my acts are weighed in the balance of Divine Justice, and I hope they will not be found too far wanting; my empire is falling into regular hands.
