East Tennessee.

--The Greenville (Tenn.) Banner, of Monday last, says:

‘ But little is known of the movement of the army in the direction of Cumberland Gap. Notwithstanding the Tories in this section have been anxiously wishing the Northern army to get here from that direction, and their eyes have been popping out of their heads with joy at the movement of the Lincoln army, we think not many days will tell that their hope is to be turned into mourning and disappointment, and that their chances are more than likely to be annoyed with a Southern army, especially those who have full corn-cribs and smoke houses.
