--Mr. Geo. H. Miles, who has been for some time past confined at Fort Lafayette, New York, as a ‘"political prisoner,"’ reached his home in this city on Friday last. According to the statement we have heard of the terms of his release and his subsequent proceedings, he was fully justified in taking advantage of the first opportunity for leaving Lincolndom.
