Will case.

--An interesting case was argued yesterday before the County Court of Henrico, in connection with the will of George Howard, deceased. The case came up on a motion of some of the parties interested, through counsel, to require the executor, P. E. Gentry, to give security for the faithful execution of his trust, while none was required by the testator. After an elaborate argument on both sides, the Court overruled the motion, and an appeal was taken to the Superior Court. J. B. Young for plaintiffs, Nance & Williams for defendant. The property bequeathed by this will amounts to over $20,000.
