Prowlers on the coast.
--The Franklin (St. Mary) Register, of the 29th, says:‘ Some of Lincoln's chicken thieves are prowling about our bays, and occasionally seize upon a defenceless fisherman or an oyster boat. We're on the sharp lookout. A steamship have in sight off the mouth of Calcanei a few days ago, and it is supposed she is now blockading the entrance of that river. Our coast is full of piratical-looking crafts, belonging to the Northern Government.
