Treasury notes.

--The Treasurer and Auditor of State are now engaged in signing the Treasury notes for the million loan authorized by act of the last General Assembly, and will be kept pretty busy for several months to come. Some of the notes of the denominations of $20 which were inspected, are very elegant in appearance, and, as specimens of lithographing, will compare favorably with similar work executed anywhere else.
