Charleston Dec. 29.
--The bricklayers and carpenters who have been employed in Fort Sumter, have left in the Keystone State, declining to take up arms against South Carolina. Many of them, it is said, belong to Baltimore, and the Commander refused to pay their passage, in consequence of this decision, would been agreed upon by the parties.
