Stopped Praying for the President.

--Bishop Davis, of South Carolina, has made provision for the new state of government, and the appropriate prayer for the "Governor and all in authority," was used on Sunday, 23d inst.--the first Sabbath after secession — in the churches of Charleston, and in other churches of the Diocese, so far as the Episcopal order has been communicated.
