--Organ-grinders and fiddlers are meeting with poor encouragement, in doling out their discordant music around barrooms and other public places. All such creatures fall directly under the vagrant ordinance, just passed, and will, in the future be taken care of by the police. There are other characters about the city equally as objectionable, that should not be allowed to pass unnoticed.
