Dock Street will be completed and thrown open to public use, from 17th street to Gillie's Creek, in the course of to-morrow. Mr. A. Reck, the contractor for closing up the gap between the east and west lines, has made a most admirable job of it, as he did of Main street, from 8th to 5th. As far as tried, the granite blocks seem to answer a better purpose than the pebble stone, and will supercede it entirely.
