--Spain is preparing to increase her naval forces. There are immediately to be built five vessels of 800 horse power, two of 500, one of 1,000, one of 450, one of 1,250 (iron-plated,) one of 1,000 ironplated,) one of 350, and three (iron-plated) shotproof gun-boats of 260. Of these two are to be built on the Thames, both wooden ships, One is to be built in France, and the others are to be constructed in Spain,
