Intends to appeal.

--Harvey Wash, who was recently convicted of counterfeiting gold coin of the United States, on a trial before Judge Lyons, of the Hustings Court, and whose term of imprisonment in the Penitentiary was assessed at two years, intends to take the case to the Court of Appeals. His counsel being now engaged in preparing a bill of exceptions, Wash has not been sentenced, and two other cases against him for passing counterfeit gold coin have been continued to the next term of the Court.
