Hotel Compulsion to pay Bills.

--A certain hotel in New York, states a contemporary, was ornamented last week with a framed card, hung up in a conspicuous place, and giving the names of the persons, male and female, who, during the past two years, had left without paying their bills. One lady is down on the list as having left, owing seventy dollars.
