--Judicial proceedings have been commenced against Rodrique Servia, the man who fired at the Queen of Spain. He has confessed, and says he was employed by Hernore Prade, a deputy of the Cortes Alli. Mr. O'Shea, an eminent Madrid banker, died after a few hours' illness.
