End of the yellow fever at Havana.

--During the last two days there have been no new cases of yellow fever or vomito reported. The rainy weather from the 14th to the 17th, was quite unfavorable for vomito patients, and it was during the early part of last week that the few new cases and deaths took place. We can now say that the yellow fellow has fairly disappeared from this port, and that Havana is now as healthy as can be desired.--Cuban Messenger, Oct. 23.
