It’s simple, fresh, handcrafted ingredients and in the way we do it! Using only the most flavorful pork bone soup, freshest-made ramen noodles, tender Chasu sliced pork and fresh boiled eggs, our Japanese chefs create a hot steamy bowl of yumminess.
Our ramen noodles are always made from scratch daily at our own facilities, using only premium ingredients. Our tasty Chashu pork is slow-cooked in a traditional Japanese sauce before being sliced into thin pieces. It’s the perfect accompaniment to those fresh saucy ramen noodles, as is our signature boiled egg. We can’t tell you too much, but trust us - that egg is cooked in a uniquely special way, nestled amongst the Yamagoya ramen noodles with a touch of additional sauce… how could we make it any better?
