I found it very easy to talk to you and…

I found it very easy to talk to you and everything was explained and prompt follow up with paperwork.
Your prices compared favourably with my previous insurer for even more cover on my home insurance.
Hopefully I will never need to make a claim but feel sure your efficiency will be just as good

It was so easy to get the cars inshured…

It was so easy to get the cars inshured over the internet. No stupid questions which were difficult to answer. The cars were immediately insured and we could go for a drive with our new Porsche. The insurance for the other car was much cheaper than the one we had. So we insured it with Admiral too and cancelled the former one. The conditions all in all are with Admiral much better.

Very courteous sales person but I was…

Very courteous sales person but I was dismayed atthe huge increase just because of my age. I don't do more than 4,500 miles a year. I now notice that you charge a lot for breakdown cover and protection for no-claims bonus.

Admiral have upped their game

Admiral seem to have upped their game and to give credit where credit is due I have used the website which is intuitive and actually spoken to a helpful human being!!
The acid test will be whether, as a returning customer in the future, I will be shown some recognition for this loyalty and not loaded with inflation busting premiums. So far, so good, keep up the good work.

Applying for car insurance was very easy No hard sell just genuine question's. Other insurance wanted to know all accidents in the last 5 years ..At least you gave me a better chance. My friend says you are one of the best on the market..

My experience was good as not been with admiral for a long time as been using the so called big insurance companies such as LV and DIRECT LINE ? found my experience good though I did struggle with the agents accent a little bit ,he might have with mine as well ?.

So easy

So easy . One phone call and straight through to an actual person . Had my not straightforward insurance sorted in no time… considerably cheaper than my previous ( RAC ) insurance! Highly recommend.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Someone drove into my car. Simple, yeah? Well not with the two clowns that harrassed both my wife and I and kept us on the phone for 1:35 hrs. Absolutely disgusted with this service and cannot even believe that Admiral are a serious business.

Renewing house / car insurance

Renewing house / car insurance . Tried to discuss the renewal of house / car insurance . Think I was transferred to a call centre aboard . After 10 mins of trying to get the person to understand the point I was making . I was losing the will to live. As result I now have thumping headache . 😫 .
