The sucess I had on re establishing the program when unexoectively it stopped working. Previously, for over one year, I had been very satsified with the progrmmned checkups they provided vand the cover to keep- me safe with their protection. I have reason to trust it and keep0 it for above teasons.

Total AV took me step by step to install and make my Mac safe. I was able to watch and activate deletion of malware and unneeded data. Needed to feel protected from "bad guys" infiltrating my Mac and I do.

I have been with totalAV for many years now and it is due for renewal again in a few days. I feel it is quite expensive and you should offer occasionally to your long serving customers the offer that you do on the Internet for new users at $19

The worries of the viruses now day and protecting my information is #1 in my list. I have seen this in action and feel confort with the protection and removing the viruses affecting my computor.Not only that but my adds have decreased dramaticly although I still have a few bothering me.

This software is the best protection software I have ever had the experience using. The only thing is. I just updated my Apple computer, and I am now unable to get the software to start scanning. Do you have any idea how I can make it work again?

Im not yet able to verify all capabilities and not sure yet if the main purpuse of buying Adblock is fulfilled clearing out the ads.

I am happy to have this service watching over my system, as I have had to deal with some very painful experiences in the past. On my phone & computer, it seems they don't care how much it hurts and they know they are sly enough to not get caught. If only they would use their smarts for good, instead of evil.

TotalAV provides the basic tools needed to protect your PC at a reasonable cost. It is unintrusive making its presence known only when necessary. This is the best AV I have used and I have most of the big names.

It is good to know that no one has breached my emails but I have other people in my phone using my passwords. I have changed them all but I had to change again when they tried charging on my account at Costco. Can you eliminate the breach?

Beware when your year is over they will increase the charge to a ridiculous fee. And when you decide to cancel they still try to charge you and send horribly condescending emails.
There are much cheaper, better security reviews and honest companies to spend your money on.

We were the victims of a phishing scam and wanted to make sure that nothing was compromised. With TotalAV, we are secure once again.

My father received what was obviously a scam email saying there were problems with his email. The scam email had a link to TotalAV, so I assume they are paying for affiliate marketing and not controlling it. He then signed up for their services at an extortionate Monthly charge. I have asked them cancel the account and they have said they will make a refund, but online there are numerous complaints - see Reddit- that others have received the same promises but they have not been fulfilled. The problem is that online searches could give the impression that TotalAV is a legitimate company but this seems to be a sophisticated fraud/scam. Be very careful!!
