Very quick responses to queries and the staff are just very polite. They are quick to provide hotfixes to any issues and if it's not resolvable via hotfix, they will develop a solution on the next update which are frequent enough so your never waiting for a solution for long.

Yes, they block ads. On the other hand they do not provide any service, just a kind of a FAQ system. More than that, they execute without a warning an auto-renewal with their billing system. I prefer ads

Surfshark is easy to use, works flawless, and is simply fantastic but even better is their customer care. I had an issue and the operator Marcus Rodriguez was so nice and caring to help me immediately and more than I expected. You will rarely find an operator as kind but above all helpful as him. A quick and professional customer care is what distinguish a company form another and Surfshark is surely one of the top ones in my opinion, I think I will be their customer for a long time.
