You are a very good bank and a big good…

You are a very good bank and a big good to me and hopefully I’ve been good to you. Hopefully we can do a lot of business together and thanks for your request. Also not being funny. I’m still waiting for a new car that I’ve asked for the other day, so if you could kindly send me one of those, I’ll be more than happy to give you five stars thank you Guy.

Best among them all

Counting up is a great banking system, my account was hacked and a swift action was taken by counting up with all money refunded
Customer service was grai and proactive

Online shitter,don’t bother when there…

Online shitter,don’t bother when there will be enough money for them they’ll try to close account with you money promising to pay it in you uk account with in 45 working days. For the Uk business this bank is no good,tax office sent me letter saying they can’t use this as they not based in uk,when pointed that out to them in email they closed my account right away with money in it which they’ll pay back in uk bank account in 1.5month time 🕰️ let’s wait and see. Can’t give 0 stars 🌟

The chat bot on Counting Up isn't very…

The chat bot on Counting Up isn't very good and staffed hours are unclear which made updating my address a little frustrating and resulted in two new bank cards arriving at the same time. Nothing serious but irritating when you have scant spare time. Otherwise, I love the fact I can generate an invoice direct from my account and send it!

Not bad bank really apart from a if you…

Not bad bank really apart from a if you need an extra card for a director you cannot. This isn’t available.. so currently going to another bank as need 2 cards. The other thing is it cannot be connected to quick books

However if you just one person it’s a good bank.

Very quick response time when trying to…

Very quick response time when trying to set up my app on a temporary phone, simple and clear instructions as to what I need to do and also when I missed a couple of details out, I wasnt just cut off like usual with certain companies and ignored, prompted to provide what I missed and sorted out quick. Really really good account to have for a business and a lot of tools for managing your finances as well

Re-assuring security protocols

Catherine advised me promptly of exactly what was required to be able to access my account on my new phone and within minutes access was available. I appreciate the number of questions asked to ensure that I was the genuine account holder and this provided me with re-assurance that my account is secure.

Avoid these crooks at all cost

Avoid these crooks at all cost . They will freeze your hard earned money for their own intrest for months £1000 sitting in their account for almost 2 months and I’m going to the financial ombudsman their business is vogue . Please stay away

So I’ve been using counting up for…

So I’ve been using counting up for quite awhile now, recently they have decided to block my account and asked me various questions regarding the business, I’ve explained everything to my best knowledge with proof to back everything. They’ve decided to close my account down. I had money in my account, they said it can take 45 days for a refund, where in the world is this legal. Please be aware of this guys, If counting up refund my money ASAP, I’ll change my star rating, as this is ridiculous.

The Countingup support team are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We will always aim to respond in the quickest time that we can.

If your card is ever lost or stolen, we do have an out-of-hours lost and stolen line. You can find the number in the contact us section of our website.

The team will be able to block your card right away and then ask you to email us at support@countingup.com for any other query.

We also have an in-app secure messaging service to contact the support team directly.

Left me without a tampon and I got stained in public because I couldn’t afford a tampon as they blocked my card for no reason

Terrible response time following fraud…

Terrible response time following fraud / scam transactions on my account - it took around 12 hours allowing time for fraudsters to transfer funds. CountingUp do not sign up to the scheme which refunds victims of financial fraud, and after 12 weeks their legal department have not responded to my solicitor. Bad experience and customer service when things go wrong - avoid!
